Manufacturing Technician

The Staffing Alliance now has openings for manufacturing associates, production workers, warehouse, and assembly line workers in Maxton, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Read, comprehend, and executive written instructions;
• Operate machinery according to set procedures - meeting production goals in a safe, quality, and environmentally sound, cost-effective manner
• Be able to properly operate manufacturing equipment
• Work effectively with a team in a warehouse, factory or assembly line setting
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, dial indicators, and micrometers to determine adherence of product characteristics to prescribed specifications
• Perform rework and repair operations on nonconforming material

Requirements:

• Must have one year experience in production or construction field using hand tools.
