Manufacturing Tech (Bio Tech)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products.
- Weighs, measures, and checks raw materials and/or manufacturing parts to assure that batches manufactured contain proper ingredients and quantities.
- Maintains detailed and accurate device history records.
- Operates basic filling equipment, pipetman, and Luminometer.
- Stocks laboratory with supplies and cleans laboratory, to include lab ware, storage totes, equipment, shelves, benches & sinks and removes trash.
- Assists with material handling and staging of materials for process orders.
- Receives and verifies the accuracy of materials transferred from the Warehouse.
- Applies labels according to SOP’s.
- Understands and executes written procedures in accordance with cGMPs.
- Maintains accurate and complete training records and follows all safety rules.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic understanding of record keeping and mathematics.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory science, procedures, techniques, instruments & equipment.
- Knowledge of current cGMPs.
- Basic computer knowledge.
