Manufacturing Associates are responsible for producing quality product in line production expectations. You will be trained on all our production equipment and expected to operate safely within established guidelines.
Core Functions:
- Accurately measure lengths of raw materials to prepare them to be cut-to-size
- Safely operate saw to used to cut aluminum, plastic, and wood
- Use metal punch machine to prepare frames for assembly
- Operate spray can paint gun when needed to evenly apply primer and paint
- Move product between work stations to help production remain on track
- Heat plastic domes in open-air oven and measure domes to make sure they meet customer specifications
- Assemble completed units for shipping
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Perform all assignments safely and maintain good attendance
Skill/Experience Requirements:
- Two to three years’ experience in a production facility required preferred
- Ability to accurately measure distances and understand
- Able to read and understand English language with good verbal communication required
- Candidate must be team player, collaborative, results oriented with good problem solving skills
Other notes:
- Candidates with aluminum welding experience are eligible for higher starting pay
