Manager, Program/Project III

Phoenix Group of Virginia seeks a Program Manager with fifteen (15) years professional experience in program/project management managing programs in the following areas: • Developing Acquisition Procurement Documentation • Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Financial and Performance Measurement • Process and Productivity Improvements and Change Management • Knowledge Management • Strategic Planning and Policy Services 

Past experience should include three (3) years in Project Management requiring task effort monitoring through the use of Cost Schedule and Deliverable status determination and applied skills in Risk Mitigation practices.  Experience in management with DoD acquisition programs, the overall management of the specific Task Orders, coordinating the implementation of technical/financial solutions and schedules in specific delivery orders to meet milestones. Organizational, coordination, planning, and leadership skills is essential in managing the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects. 

• Bachelor\'s level degree in any technical or managerial discipline
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and hold U.S. Secret security clearance

• A Project Management Institute Certification (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP) may be substituted for three (3) years of work experience.
