A management consultant will be tasked with meeting managers and business owners in order to help them succeed in the digital age. Today, many local businesses have still not adapted to world of online marketing which has caused them to miss out on a significant amount of revenue, or worse, may be close to closing their doors.
Small and medium size businesses are absolutely vital to the American economy and we take great pride in helping our clients succeed.
We are looking for a management consultant that can help businesses effectively market their products & services, bring down their costs, examine wasteful spending, look for new income generating revenues and optimize their existing business model.
Duties
- Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
- Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
- Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment
- Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards
- Plan the re-organization of operations
- Strategize and present marketing plans to management for approval
- Help train staff on marketing strategies or hire freelancers to work for the company's marketing while overseeing their work in order to ensure they can work on their own eventually
- Manage company's allocated budgets towards changes and eventually deliver a repeatable strategy that they'll be able to continue using
- Work with company's other consultants such as accountants & lawyers in a team setting

Education & Experience
For the position of management consultant, we are looking for candidates with at least a Bachelor degree, in addition to a minimum of 5 years experience.
If you do not have a degree, we require a minimum of 10 years experience and glowing recommendations from industry professionals.
Preference will be given to those with a Master's degree.
