• Maintain the property's appearance and curb appeal
• Track and manage inventory of supplies, replacement parts, and equipment
• Ensure all buildings, structures, and equipment meet local codes and regulations
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect common areas for needed repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Power wash breezeways, entries, parking lots, and exterior areas
• Complete resident service orders efficiently and professionally
• Install, repair, or replace door jambs, window frames, locks, toilets, garbage disposals, and ceiling fans
• Assist with apartment make-readies, including caulking, grouting, appliance checks, and smoke detector inspections
• Perform touch-up painting as needed for both interior and exterior areas
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Maintain clean and organized common areas, pools, and recreational spaces
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor as required

• Prior maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

• Minimum of one year of maintenance experience
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, ceramic/tile work, and appliance installation/removal
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Some college or technical school preferred

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

• Valid, non-expired driver’s license or state-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Must provide proper tools and equipment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
