Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager $100-120K – Consumer Packaged Goods Manufacturing - Will report to the Plant Manager while overseeing 14 team members. Provide leadership and direction to the plant maintenance department responsible for the site asset care, maintenance & process optimization and project identification. Schedule repair, maintenance and installation to ensure continuous production operations. Eliminate all causes of failure and ensuring full useful equipment life in coordination with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel. Create and manage the maintenance budgets. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other technical field. 4+ years in a maintenance role in a CPG manufacturing environment. Prefer food & beverages (will consider HBA, cosmetics, chemicals or pharmaceuticals). Solid budget planning and managing experience. Experience developing and managing maintenance KPI’s.
