Responsibilities:
· Assist in processing bulk mail and payroll mail requests
· Create cases using our CRM System
· Process fulfillment CRM cases as assigned
· Troubleshoot mailroom equipment malfunctions
· Create and maintain service request database showing the frequency of services needed/maintenance performed on equipment
· Assist with scanning of checks and other documents onto network drives
· Triage Email Boxes
· Manage and assist in incoming mail
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· A year of experience working in a mailroom or office setting or a deadline driven environment.
· Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365 toolset, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook
· Ability to navigate between multiple applications
· Good listening and communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
· Ability to meet or exceed productivity and quality expectations
· Ability to adapt to change in processes, systems, etc.
