Linux Architect that is strong in  shell scripting and also strong in written communication (Run book documents). Bonus strengths for this resource would be RedHat installations, RedHat or SUSE upgrades and Oracle SQL*Plus knowledge for Oracle on Linux.  Linux  install testing and tweaking to documentation and scripts based on results.  They will need to take a physical-to-virtual snapshot of a VMWare machine called nemo/sharkbait and replicate the upgrade process dozens of times.  This virtual VHD/VMDK will need to be used to build Cloud VMs and/or Dev machine VMs to setup and test the upgrade process repeatedly, and then coordinate peer testing for input and improvements.
