Licensed Psychotherapist

Psychiatric Wellness Center is hiring a licensed psychotherapist to join our growing practice. We are seeking an experienced, communicative, and compassionate therapist to join our team and support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our clients. In this role, you will work directly with clients to actively listen to problems and concerns and suggest healthy and productive ways of coping with those issues. This role requires someone who enjoys working closely with people and, other members of our team and community. We encourage you to review our website for policies and procedures prior to applying. We specialize in: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Women’s Health, Eating Disorders and mood disorders. Our practice utilizes holistic counseling and alternative therapies when appropriate. We have an in house yoga studio set in a peaceful part of Bedford. LMCHC, LCP or LICSW and clinical licensure required. Minimum of 3 years working experience post licensure in an outpatient setting required.May provide individual or couples counseling. Maintain records and have good communication skills, provide private practice counseling, and testing in accordance with established treatment procedures and professional code. Populations include adolescents and above, caretaker burnout stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, women’s health including postpartum depression and premenstrual dysphoric disorder, eating disorders and sleep disorders.

Requirements:
-Professional liability insurance, must keep up to date
-New Hampshire Licensure (LMCHC, LCP or LICSW) at least 3 years, with no violations or legal blemishes
-Masters degree or higher from an accredited school
-Must stay up to date on continuing education
-Able to manage stressful situations reasonably
-Calm and compassionate demeanor
-Ability to build rapport with clients
-Able to pass background check and provide at least 3 professional referrals
-Must be able to work independently
-Must be able to navigate Electronic Medical record and keep all documentation up to date
-Must be able to wait for credentialing process to be completed before starting
-Maintains open and healthy communication in the workplace
-Up to date CPR certification

Experience:
-Mental Health: 3 years (Required)

Licenses:
LICSW, LMCHC, LCP or LMFT

We are Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners providing psychiatric medication management for ages 16 and older in Bedford, NH and the surrounding communities. In addition to medication management, our clinic also offers pharmagentic testing, referral to nutrition, wellness practices and experienced psychotherapists.
