Pearl Interactive Network is seeking Licensed Mental Health Coaches to support future remote contact center operations.
The Licensed Mental Health Coach (LMHC) provides specialized, one-on-one coaching support to individuals transitioning between psychological health care providers or initiating new mental health care services. Using a strengths-based and motivational approach, the LC helps clients identify barriers, set goals, and stay engaged in their care journey. Coaching is primarily conducted via scheduled phone sessions, designed to promote continuity of care and long-term well-being.
Operating Hours: 18/6 Operations

- Ethernet cable access. Wi-Fi-only connectivity is prohibited.
- Private and secure workspace within your home. Away from noise and distractions.
- Computer equipment, monitor, and headset provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Deliver telephonic coaching sessions on a regular basis (e.g., weekly or per client preference).
- Utilize motivational interviewing and other coaching techniques to support behavioral change and personal growth.
- Identify and help clients overcome barriers to initiating or maintaining psychological health care.
- Assist clients with setting achievable goals and task planning to promote accountability and follow-through.
- Provide emotional support, education, and resource navigation to empower client self-efficacy and engagement.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, goals, progress, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other team members or referring providers as appropriate to support continuity of care.
- Ensure all interactions maintain confidentiality and are conducted in alignment with ethical and clinical standards.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, behavioral health or related mental health field.
- Active licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCPC, LMHC) in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing coaching, therapy, or counseling services.
- Training or experience in motivational interviewing and client-centered coaching techniques.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with remote, telephonic service delivery and technology platforms.
