We are located in a rural community in Eastern Iowa close to the Mississippi River with a hospital and YMCA among other amenities in our small vibrant town. We are approximately 35 minutes to one hour driving distance from Dubuque, Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids and Iowa City. This funeral director position will involve all aspects of funeral service with an emphasis on removals, embalming, cosmetics, casketing and preparing decedents for burial or cremation.
• Must currently be a licensed Funeral Director in Iowa or have or able to obtain license reciprocity
• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 60lbs
