LEGAL INTAKE SPECIALIST / LEGAL ASSISTANT

***Lead Docket experience preferred***
 

Job Description

• Potential New Client
  • Potential new client phone calls
    • Must be available to be on call after hours
    • Ambassador of first impressions with clients
  • Client intake and initial contact
  • Opening all new files and enter pertinent information into SmartAdvocate/case management system and preparing initial letters
  • Gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents. 
  • Gathering facts and claim-related information from potential new clients
  • Transferring new potential new client calls to attorneys
• New Clients
  • Initial organization of a case 
  • Organizing the case's electronic files
  • Inputting client related information into our potential new client lead system
  • Exporting new client information from lead system to case management system
  • Completing comprehensive case intake with new client once contract is signed
  • Ensuring client files are complete and initial letters are sent out

Skills

• Experience in customer service, inside sales or personal injury law
• Spanish fluency is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Lead Docket a plus 
• Extensive computer and data entry skills are required. 
• You must be able to track and monitor the progress of each inquiry. 
• This job requires that you do more than just follow a script:
  • You must be able to identify a good client.
  • You must be able ask the important questions .
  • You need to convey your care and concern to our clientele.
