MUST HAVES:
- Must be a US Citizen and be capable of passing a government background investigation without concerns
- Must have worked in Military environment
- Must be experience in Agile and Scrum methodology
- Must have experience with MS office 365 Government G3 foundation architecture including, but not limited to, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Forms, Planner and Office for Business applications.

REQUIRED PM leadership skillsets and must be able to pass clearance process.
- UX design: Capability demonstration for visual designs (storyboards/prototypes, site concept and content layout) and information architecture (site structure/organization, navigation/findability etc.) for new and existing products/projects
- Concept verification: Ability to perform concept testing, observing and measuring user interaction on functional prototypes and existing products. Analyze results towards improving user experience.
- Build/Advise on design improvement: Identify usability issues from both the user and expert viewpoints and recommend ways to address them in a cost effective manner.
Specific Tasks include:
- Develop reporting and management milestones and deliverables
- Perform analysis of project and operational management to optimize M365 capability to significantly improve Command operations;
- Analyze operational concerns and mitigate risks through effective communication with management;
- Develop strategy, branding, adoption, governance, information architecture, and change management for single repository for a diverse range of content types: enable storage of video, spreadsheets, images, text documents, and more in a single location, with working examples to keep all employee and organizational files for specific projects and initiatives together;
- Develop use cases, strategy and implementation for communication, home and hub sites, forms and abilities to deliver live and on-demand meetings, events, and training;
- Provide recommendations, negotiations and implementation of governance standards;
- Create subsites, pages, main folders and subfolders for business units;
- Provide user tools and information for how to edit document properties or metadata: With the power to locate and edit a file’s metadata from within a document, you can save time and ensure that files are labeled correctly for future searches;
- Control access to information: Enable defined permissions and controls to documents, groups of files, entire sections of the system, or to the system itself;
- Migrate content from legacy SharePoint portals and shared storage sites to new customized environment;
