Lead Retail Budtender

Advanced Exteriors is looking for a budtender to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities
 

• Valid state or federal ID and be able to pass a criminal background check

• Reliable transportation

• Basic math and money handling skills

• Able to display great customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of Cannabis (Different types of cannabis/strains, measurements, concentrated products

• Professional, honest, and respectful attitude each and every day

• Willing to complete necessary tasks when instructed to do so with a positive outlook

• Has experience with METRC

• A firm understanding of California Marijuana policy and law

• Cannabis knowledge is required. Knowledge about the effects of THC and CBD

• Be passionate about helping others

• Must have strong communication skills

• The ability to endure long work hours with an optimistic attitude

• Absolutely must have patience, understanding and a willingness to teach and be taught

• Dependability

• The ability to adapt to changes in laws, regulations and procedures * Work in a fast-paced environment

• Provide personal yet professional customer service

• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming work space

• Be accountable for accurately fulfilling and expediting orders

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively

• Daily Duties including but not limited to; stocking, cleaning, organizing, labeling and smiling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends
