Title: Lead Dialogue Developer (Exstream)

Duration: 6 month contract to hire and all work must be done onsite.

Brief Description:

Application manager is responsible for managing the operational support, maintenance and development activities for Enterprise Document Solution applications. The position combines managerial responsibilities with in-depth hands-on technical expertise.

Required and desired qualifications

• Development experience with mainframe and distributed systems.
• Experience in the technical management of a portfolio of applications.
• Experience working with Exstream (Batch PDF, On-Demand PDF and responsive HTML, Application Consolidator, Content Manager, Communication Server).
• Experience working with COBOL, Java, GIT, Jenkins, Zena, .NET, MQ, DataStage, DB2, CA-Doc View, and SAR.

• Experience in managing a development team with varying levels of technical expertise that are remotely located.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in priority.
• Self-motivated and change oriented.
• Experience in developing technology roadmaps in concert with business and architecture partners.
• Experience with managing multiple vendor relationships.
• Ability to concisely communicate concepts verbally, in writing or via technical documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills
