Employee Responsibilities
CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Must be friendly and helpful with all customers
• Assist customers with the machines
• Answer customers’ questions
• Adhere to employee dress code and maintain a neat, presentable appearance

WASH, DRY & FOLD LAUNDRY

• Must be able to lift and handle heavy laundry bags
• Must adhere to cleaning and folding standards

WORK THE REGISTER & CUSTOMER COUNTER

• Process drop-off & pick-up orders
• Answer the telephone
• Must be able to type and work on a computer

MAINTAIN THE STORE

• Clean the store throughout the day
• Restock merchandise and supplies
• Empty garbage

We are a full service laundromat serving the community in East Williamsburg & Bushwick, Brooklyn.  Our new location is a bright, safe and friendly location, close to the JMZ & L subway stations.
