Kitchen Designer

We are looking for a passionate, energetic highly motivated Kitchen and Bath Design/Sales person to work in Chattanooga, TN that is eager to create new business and provide outstanding service and follow-up! Our unique model offers cabinet refinishing and new cabinet sales, so the possibilities are endless!

The ideal candidate will have:

* At least 2 years industry experience

*5 years of retail sales experience preferred

*Some experience designing and quoting projects with 20/20 design software and multiple cabinet catalogs

*Good organizational skills to work closely with project managers, contractors and installation department to ensure successful completion.

*Excellent Customer Service Skills

*Ability to work on Saturdays

*Desire to create the perfect solution for clients

*Willingness to go above and beyond 

Responsibilities Include but aren't limited to:

• Working with residential and commercial clients as well as trade professionals and other designers to measure, design and quote cabinet projects
• Designing kitchens, bathrooms, closets and entertainment areas using 2020 design software
• Quoting, ordering and managing the job from inception to completion
• Creating and maintaining kitchen and bath displays in the showroom

Salary:

$35,000 - 38,000 base + commission (expect to make at least $55K the first year)
