The ideal candidate must have experience working within a scrum development team and be willing to work as an integral part of the team to help the team understand and create test cases, test plans, integration test plans, performance test plans, and user acceptance test plans. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, test data regeneration, automated regression testing, and willingness to do whatever it takes to empower their team for test automation success. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Jenkins would be excellent empowering skills that could make a huge difference.
