The Materials Coordinator is the linchpin in our efforts to ensure the seamless execution of our projects, particularly in the fast-paced realm of telecommunications infrastructure, like WIFI cable laying and fiber optic installation. This dynamic position demands a blend of sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with a focus on managing a diverse array of materials critical to our operations.

Overview:
  • Actively manage and oversee a comprehensive inventory specific to telecommunications infrastructure projects, including but not limited to components like splitters, construction essentials, protective casings for electrical systems, and site markers.
  • Implement and refine inventory tracking systems on various project sites, each hosting its unique setup, ranging from open lots to compact warehouse facilities.
  • Ensure meticulous labeling and strategic allocation of all resources to facilitate accessibility and efficiency on the ground.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time position, primarily first shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a need for flexibility based on project demands.
Key Duties:
  • Conduct thorough verifications of stock levels and material identifiers, ensuring a robust audit trail for all equipment and supplies.
  • Unpack, categorize, and prepare materials for immediate deployment, contributing to the streamlined progression of project stages.
  • Utilize RF handheld devices for precise receiving and tracking of units, maintaining up-to-the-minute inventory accuracy.
  • Execute regular cycle counts and engage in detailed audits, aligning with established company protocols to uphold inventory integrity.
  • Embrace additional responsibilities as defined by project supervisors, aiming for the collective achievement of project milestones.
