Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Coordinator, where you’ll play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our contractor sites by managing and organizing inventory critical to our WIFI cable and fiber burial projects. This position is not your typical warehouse role; it involves working on contractor sites with buildings and small warehouses equipped with a few dock doors. You will ensure that all materials, including splitters, construction materials, vaults (for protecting electrical wiring), markers, and more, are meticulously tracked, labeled, and stored efficiently.

Schedule:

Full-Time, 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Keep a detailed record of inventory used by contractors, ensuring all items are accurately labeled and stored in designated areas.
  • Audit and Verification: Regularly verify stock information and unit identification numbers, conducting inventory audits and cycle counts in alignment with company policies.
  • Receiving and Organization: Unpack, sort, and stage units for production. Utilize RF handheld devices for receiving units, maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the inventory, performing duties as assigned by the supervisor to uphold company standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to prioritize workflow and operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes as needed.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, with Excel skills considered a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience as an Inventory Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management practices.

Work Authorization:

  • Open to Green Card holders and US Citizens.

Why Join Us?

As an Inventory Coordinator on our team, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the backbone of our operational success, ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality services to our communities. If you’re ready to take on this essential role and join a team that values hard work, precision, and a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you.
