International Product Intern

We are looking for a talented, motivated and enthusiastic intern who is interested in working at a fast-growing technology start-up in downtown San Francisco. Our ideal candidate has a passion for learning about international products and product management. Our interns work side-by-side with experienced Product, Marketing and Design team members and learn how to build products that help people find jobs. In this position, you will learn about the field of product management and participate in international projects. 
 

REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, marketing managers, tech developers, and other groups.
• Participate in the Scrum development process. Submit tickets and stories in JIRA, and work with our Dev & QA teams. Perform QA and UAT.
• Assist with research around markets, customers, and product with the marketing team.
• Track progress against project goals and KPIs using tools including Optimizely, Segment, Mixpanel, Sisense, and Inspectlet.
• Assist with data collection, reporting and analysis of product metrics including customer usage and other metrics that inform product roadmap priorities.
• Additional product team projects as assigned and based on intern’s experience and interests.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at an accredited college or university.
• Highly motivated, with driving sense of responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to learn and confidence to ask questions when necessary.
• Be legally allowed to work in the US (US citizen, green card, or F1 student visa holder).
• Have the ability to intern in San Francisco, California.
• Have the ability to work for a continuous 12 weeks in the summer (May 20-Aug 9, 2019).
• Have the ability to work 30 hours  (max) per week.
