Major functions:
Assist in growing the office through production, agent count & profitability
Partner with TL/CEO in recruiting activities
Perform marketing & Public Relations duties for the CEO
Coordinate Recruiting & training events & secure sponsorship
Assist in career seminars & networking events
Create & assist with monthly event calendar
Manage market centers website & social media
Assist with team meeting & event presentation
Maintains Inventory of Recruiting Materials
Back-up for Director Of First Impressions
Reporting:
Manage Team Leader’s Reporting Binder with Monthly Transmittal Reports & weekly financials
Add Agent Tracking and Recruiting Reports from mykw to Binder Monthly
Maintain Team Leader’s Production and Agent report for Bonus Calculation
Create and update Training Tracker system to report # of attendees at each meeting and class
Recruiting:
Send KPA & DISC assessment to Candidates
Assist TL w/ Recruiting Pipeline/CRM Daily
Assist w/Scheduling appts w/Recruits
Agent Retention:
Phone Calls & Text to Our Agents Inviting to Training or events
Send out congratulation text & Emails
Add Agent’s contact info to Team Leader’s mobile phone
Invite agents to Facebook closed group & Team Leader’s Facebook page
Add Birthdays & Anniversaries to Team Leader’s Calendar
Other:
Prepare Materials, Awards, PowerPoints, Video, etc for Classes, Team Meetings, Special Events & ALC Meetings
Oversees Execution of Special Contests and Events
Organize Google Drive and Keep Organized
Team Meeting Recap Emails
Take Minutes Get Approvals to send out
Participate in Weekly Staff Meetings
Assist Finance Committee & TL to Launch & maintain Vendor Program
