Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated interior designer intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and learn from experienced professionals. You will be responsible for assisting with the design and planning of residential and commercial spaces, as well as supporting the project team in various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and planning of residential and commercial spaces
- Help to create presentations and proposals for clients
- Research and source materials and finishes for projects
- Assist with project management tasks, such as scheduling and communicating with clients
- Attend client meetings and presentations
- Complete AutoCAD drawings and other drafting tasks
- Help to maintain project budgets and schedules
- Assist with photography and styling for projects
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an interior design program
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g. SketchUp, InDesign)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new tasks
- Bonus points for speaking Dutch
