In this position, you will be installing Comcast services in customers’ homes – Internet, Video (television service), Voice (phone) and potentially home security.
- Role focused on installing new or modifying existing installations in customers’ homes.
o Customer Homes vary and can include working within tight or elevated spaces at times & traverse multiple floors in order to install and test functionality before leaving the customer site.
o We work outdoors and in all weather conditions.
- Handling equipment is also critical.
o You must be able to carry ladders weighing up to 75lbs and climbing to a height of up to two stories.
- Very strong Customer Service and Customer Education aspect to the job.
