Job Duties Include:
Adhering to work hours as required by this position.
Following and enforcing company rules, policies and procedures.
Following and enforcing all safety measures as required by the company.
Communicating directly with the production manager to coordinate maintenance and repair machinery.
Maintain all tools and parts needed to repair production equipment.
Repair equipment as needed in factory.
Maintain Preventive Maintenance program and report all work to the Maintenance Manager.
Perform diverse duties related to installation and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
Perform mechanical skills including but not limited to electrical, pneumatic, plumbing and fabrication. Use a variety of power tools and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Complete welding and electrical jobs as required by the company.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on equipment and report any unusual situation to management.
Comply with GMP and safety regulations.
Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Maintain accurate records.
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or management.
