Immigration Attorney

Boutique Dupont Circle law firm seeks individual with good research and writing skills and a minimum of two years’ experience. Juris Doctorate required, Maryland bar preferred.

Ideal candidates must be able to:

• Handle his or her own case load;
• Analyze, assess, and prepare applications for EOIR, USCIS, and other immigration offices;
• Conduct legal research to formulate strong arguments before the Immigration Courts, and the Asylum office;
• Represent the firm's clients before the Asylum office, USCIS offices, and the Immigration Courts of Virginia and Baltimore.
