ICU Director RN

We have a Top Client with an opening for a ICU Director.
 

Job Summary:

· As the Intensive Care Unit Director, you will demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.

· You will assume responsibility for clinical and resource management of unit (24hrs/day).

· You will integrate the department’s services with the hospital’s primary functions and mission.

· You will coordinate and integrate services within their department and with other departments.

· You will develop and implement policies and procedures that guide and support provision of patient care and services.

· You will oversee care of population served by providing support and expertise to staff.

Qualifications

· Current Georgia RN licensure

· Bachelor's Degree or MSN preferred

· Three to five years clinical experience in area of supervision

· Appropriate interpersonal/communication skills

· Computer Skills

· BLS – American Heart Association – required

· Other certifications based on clinical area supervised
