Job Type

Hybrid BCBA-LBA-SEIT Case Manager for clinic and home-based services

 

Job Hours

Full-Time Mon to Fri 8:45pm-4:45pm or 10am-6pm flexibility in the evening hours is needed

 

Job Location

Hybrid (Remote & In Person) with most cases on the Upper West Side, Upper Manhattan, occasional cases in Brooklyn/Queens

 

Job Compensation

$85,000-$90,000 Per Year

Case Management

  • Supervise ABA providers to ensure correct implementation of programs and behavior management tactics
  • Maintain contact with parents in a positive and professional manner, ensuring timely responses to all caregiver questions and/or concerns
  • Observe all cases on a monthly basis (center and/or home based)
  • Conduct assessments and develop programs for all new clients
  • Write progress reports and IEP goals
  • Review program books on a weekly basis (monitor and analyze data, revise instructional tactics as needed, add short term objectives as needed, implement new programming)
  • Develop behavior plans as needed
  • Create, prepare, and organize teaching materials for each client on caseload
  • Provides clinical supervision for assigned therapists to meet the requirements for the BCBA , LBA, RBT and/or BCaBA
  • Participate in IEP meetings and/or hearings as needed
  • Collaborate with related service providers and/or the clients classroom providers to ensure consistency
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Direct Service

  • Provide direct ABA service for 2-3 cases on caseload
  • This responsibility will shift to ABA providers as caseload grows/expands to full capacity-overseeing 80-100 ABA hours

BCBA/LBA Supervision

  • Act as the registered and dedicated supervisor for ABA providers enrolled in a master’s level BCBA and/or LBA program.
  • Provide weekly supervision in accordance with the NYS regulations for all students in their BCBA and LBA programs. This may include live observations with clients, 1:1 meetings and group supervision.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field
  • BCBA and NYS LBA
  • Special Education Certification either B-2 or 1-6
  • Case management/supervision preferred
