Job Description:

Human Resources interns wanted to help source candidates for Fortune 500 companies nationally. Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and scheduling interviews for both digital and in person interviews. Intern will be required to make at least 100 phone calls daily to source adequate number of qualified candidates. Additional responsibilities may include SEO, Ad Management, on boarding, compliance, and evaluating interviews. Interns will also get exposure to fundamental labor laws and administrative duties for clients depending on their needs.

An ideal candidate will be a self motivated self starter. Communication, time management and organizational skills are a must. We are looking for a candidate that will be able to maintain a client's brand, work independently and help source solid candidates to grow businesses and expand their market value. Training is provided and given that this position is an entry level role no prior recruiting experience is required.

Candidates that have proven successful in this position come from backgrounds that have required them to work with people such services based industries such as hospitality or retail.
