The Human Resources Director will be responsible for day-to-day Operations Management, developing and auditing proposals, managing employee benefits, assisting the President with union contract negotiations, complete ADP and payroll reports, and other Human Resources tasks as needed. The successful Human Resources Director candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and computer programs and be able to put these skills to use to create and update Human Resources processes. The Human Resources Director will oversee all employee relations needs and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
