Human Resource Intern

JOB SUMMARY:

You will be involved with various support activities in HR including recruiting and HR administration.

REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the talent acquisition team with job postings, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, sourcing candidates through a variety of techniques including social networking, professional and alumni associations, job boards and employee referrals.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Managers with tasks such as New Employee Orientation, benefits inquiries, etc.
• Participate in the group presentation at the end of the internship.
• Perform other work-related duties, as assigned..

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing BS/BA at an accredited college or university.
• Majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related major.
• Previous experience in working in a customer service-oriented role.
• Previous experience with both MS Office and Google Office suites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Be legally allowed to work in the US (US citizen, green card, or F1 student visa holder).
• Have the ability to intern in San Francisco, California, up to 30 hours a week, for a continuous 12 weeks in the summer. Start/End Dates:  Monday, May 20 - Friday, August 9, 2019

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system.
