HRIS Analyst-
Decatur, AL
$70,000 - $85,000 Per Year
- Partner with HR Team to provide tactical support for all data & payroll requests to ensure compliance, quality, and accuracy of data and HR
- Responsible for all phases of salary and hourly wage adjustments including worksheets, interfacing with payroll and HR system, communication and implementation of any follow-up thereof.
- Maintains all HR records related to salary and hourly wage adjustments, garnishments and levies, employee bonuses, new hires, terminations, company transfers, intra-divisional movement, performance reviews, corrective actions, garnishments, child support notices, PTO allotments, organizational charts, job descriptions, etc
- Interfaces with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate payroll-related transactions are completed as approved.
- Responds to team member’s needs and assists with administration of HR policies and programs such as 401k, pension and compensation activities. This includes reconciliation of 401k files and funding and assisting with audits of benefit plans.
- Responsible for maintain Sarbanes-Oxley internal control narratives and testing documentation for areas of responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5+ years of payroll and compensation experience
- Must have knowledge of ADP, SuccessFactor and/or other HRIS platforms.
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced excel skills (i.e. pivot table, vlookup, analysis, etc)
