An up & coming home improvement company, based out of Milwaukee is looking for a well-rounded office manager/HR specialist to bring their experience & expertise to our growing company. The perfect candidate is well versed in both basic HR & accounting and looking to take control of their career. We pride ourselves onour ability to stay focused, stay positive, and make money! Qualifications:

 

* Experience with quickbooks

* Experience with payroll software

* Ability to work individually with employees having many different personalities while keeping confidentiality in mind.

* Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively

* Maintain a “what’s right for the Company” attitude on a daily basis

* Detail oriented

* Industry experience in home-improvements a plus

 

Responsibilities:

 

* Establishing, maintaining, and organizing all employee files

* Assist with payroll processing

* Implementation of health care plan, 401k, and benefits package for all employees

* Reconciling all customer orders with quickbooks

* Assist in order placement

* Ability to wear multiple hats and shift focus from one task to another without losing focus

* A positive, up beat attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed to get the job done
