Roles & Responsibilities
Organize and manage candidate pools using availabledatabases, tools and systems
Conduct phone screens (for basic qualifications)
Schedule onsite interviews with recruiters
Schedule orientation and explain new hire requirements
Track and update status reports for candidate pipeline
HS Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
1 year of recruiting experience
Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred
Prior experience with recruiting softwares a plus
Excellent communication skills
Effective listening skills
Ability to multitask
