Roles & Responsibilities
- Organize and manage candidate pools using availabledatabases, tools and systems
- Conduct phone screens (for basic qualifications)
- Schedule onsite interviews with recruiters
- Schedule orientation and explain new hire requirements
- Track and update status reports for candidate pipeline
Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 1 year of recruiting experience
- Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred
- Prior experience with recruiting softwares a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective listening skills
- Ability to multitask
- Target driven
