Job Description:

Looking for an experienced HPBX voice operations specialist to join their team to support growth with their wholesale clients. The role will involve setup and implementation and real-time support in troubleshooting end user, carrier, network and platform issues for a growing base of phone subscribers. They must have good communication skills as they will be on the phone 50% of the time. The individual must be highly organized and be able to coordinate work between several 3rd parties for specific projects while maintaining their daily work tasks of HPBX customer support. They must be able to work as part of team and jump in when necessary but also manage their own workload. Must be comfortable working and engaging with vendors, internal engineering teams and trading partners to in resolving issues, support new product releases and projects . Documentation and training skills are a must as they will be interacting directly with Wholesale clients and internal teams.
