Responsibilities:
- Care for patients as instructed by Plan of Care
- Supports patients by providing housekeeping Services
- Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment
- Recording tasks conducted for patents

Requirements:
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO SUFFOLK COUNTY.
- Home Health Aide Experience REQUIRED.
- HHA/PCA Certificate REQUIRED.
- Driver's License REQUIRED and a car for transportation.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bilingual is Preferred- English, Spanish, Hindi, etc.
