Responsibilities:

• Provide basic personal care in medical facilities or Client Homes
• Keep nurses up to date on vital information about patients conditions
• Provide quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with applicable laws, regulations, and policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• At least 1 year experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, CNA, or STNA
• High school diploma or GED
• Complete and clear pre-employment physical and competency testing
• Clean criminal background
• Must have reliable transportation
• Proven attendance record
