Tier 1 Field Technician (Entry Level)

During the 90 day probationary period, you will be under observation by lead technicians and management. During this time, you will have hands on training and be expected to become familiar with our standard operating procedures.

During your probationary period, you will be monitored by your performance rating and attendance by a member of management or by a Lead Technician.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Professionalism while dealing with clients, co-workers, and management
• Identify and communicate proper stock levels for vehicles/warehouse
• Identify Bio-Hazards on work-site. (Tier 1 Field Tech will not perform blood cleanup, however, will be able to observe for training purposes / Per Management Approval).

• Assess Steri-Clean vehicles for: (Communicate any needs to management)
  • Cleanliness
  • Organization
  • Contamination
  • Services needed
  • Emergency supplies
  • Documents:
    • First Aid Kit
    • GHS/Safety Data Sheets
    • Vehicle Insurance & Registration

• Understand and demonstrate basic hand tool use and basic safety procedures
• Basic knowledge of CAP Restoration, Inc. SOP’s. (Standard Operating Practices)
• Knowledge of required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and demonstrate safe practices during 90-day probationary period without prompt from management.
• Able to perform solo tasks based on management discretion.
• Actively show interest, initiative in learning and growing
• Must be able to accept constructive criticism and implement improvements as directed
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing as outline in Handbook. (i.e.: Physical / Drug Test / Pulmonary Physical)
• Must complete and be able to pass all respiratory testing. (i.e: Pulmonary Function Physical / Fit Testing / Respirator Training.)
• Must complete GHS Training as well as SDS Training
  • Globally Harmonized System – Hazards & Their Labels
  • Safety Data Sheets – For proper literature absorption and proper use/storage/transportation of all chemicals used on worksite.
