Location - Peoria, IL - 61607

Duration – 12+ months

Second Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00pm/10:30 pm (depending on lunch)

 

Position's Contributions to Work Group;

Technical Support Representatives in the 24/7 Safety Monitoring Center are responsible for providing application and customer support for the Driver Safety System (DSS).

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Delivering a positive customer experience with each engagement/touch point
  • Resolving tier 1 support tickets for the application and services
  • Following appropriate escalation processes and customer notification procedures
  • Following standard processes to complete scheduled requests
  • Completion of tasks meetings the quality and response metrics set for the position

 

Typical Day:

  • This position will be included in an on call rotation for emergency application support needs. On call may include off shift hours, weekends, and holidays. Second Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00pm/10:30 pm (depending on lunch)

 

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred)

 

Critical Technical Skills:

  • One year help desk or application support experience
  • Advanced PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail oriented as tasks require the incumbent to focus on small details
  • Ability to prioritize requests with the direction of Team Lead

 

Top Candidates Will have

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • Previous experience supporting an application
  • Bilingual in Spanish, French, Portuguese
