We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide phone support to personnel in the DC Metro area.
Must Haves:
-CompTIA Security+ certification
-Degree and 5 years of experience (additional experience accepted in lieu of degree)
-Experience with troubleshooting Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory
-Demonstrated CAC/PKI support and troubleshooting
-Experience providing hardware and software support remotely
-Experience with Remedy or other trouble ticketing systems
-Excellent customer service skills
