RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Product demonstrations
• Be proactive in setting appointments and a strong drive to follow up
• Daily, consistent utilization of Customer Relation Management system
• Greet all customers with a friendly attitude, willing to serve them with dignity

QUALIFICATIONS

• A valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement
• Team player, reliable, self-motivated, conscious of quality, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, positive attitude
• Positive attitude with strong drive to sell; high energy
• Be willing to work flexible retail hours
• Experience: 1 year vehicle sales preferred
• Ability to move 800 pound motorcycles
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Comprehensive training via Harley-Davidson University and other proven methods
• Work much of the day standing
• On-boarding time: 1 month

• Job Type: Full-time

  Pay: $25,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
