We are seeking a Handyman With Construction & Maintenance Experience to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with commercial buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Some light construction
- Light electrical/plumbing
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, such as some janitorial services as assigned
Qualifications:
- Clean appearance
- Must have a current and valid drivers license
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Must have your own tools
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to pass both a background and credit check
Normal working hours will be between 6:30 AM - Noon. Extra hours when needed.
