Job Description

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep and overall curb appeal of the community. Additionally, the Groundskeeper will provide support to the service team members.
 

Job Duties

• Maintain the cleanliness of the grounds
• Landscaping and leaf blowing
• Change interior and exterior light bulbs
• Pressure wash unclean areas
• Interior/exterior painting
• All other duties assigned therein

Job Qualifications

• Proficient in customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be reliable and dependable
