Regional renovations company looking for reliable crews with REO Construction experience. Our work load has started to increase and need experienced, motivated crews to join our team. Work consists of cosmetic rehabs, renovations of all sizes, demos, , and minor carpentry.
We work with integrity and have developed some great relationships with our clients. We want to add hardworking, trustworthy, dependable contractors to our team.

Requirements:
General Liability Insurance (no expired forms will be accepted)
Applicable Licenses
Trucks, tools, crew (no one man operations)
Have a computer and camera (We take pictures before, during, and after for all jobs)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
MUST HAVE MICROSOFT EXCEL
Be able to complete bids within 48hrs. (All bids have a 48hr window. Bid forms and training will be provided upon hire)
