General Cold Warehouse Associate

*****MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND OPEN TO OVERTIME IF NEEDED*****

There are two different positions open. Duties and qualifications are below:

Fresh-Cuts Associate

Assure that produce of the highest quality is made ready and available for the day's run at an acceptable productivity level.

Prepares, cuts, and repacks product per customers' specifications. Operates machinery such as potato peelers, bag sealers, and others.

Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.

Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of work area. While adhering to sanitation and safety procedures for handling and production to SQF standards.

Education: High School/GED but not required

Skills: Proven ability to work independently, ability to perform work assignments at an acceptable productivity level, ability to operate simple machinery

Repack Associate

Responsible for efficiently grading product for quality control and preparing product for shipment by repacking into smaller increments.

Grades product for quality control, repacking cases into smaller increments.

Assemble boxes, labels, stacks, and stocks packages for shipment.

Cleans and sanitizes work area while adhering to sanitation and safety procedures for handling and production to tomatoes according to SQF standards.

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Skills: Proven ability to work independently

Ability to perform work assignments at an acceptable productivity level.

This position requires all candidates to attend a mandatory orientation as well. Please be open to orientation to be considered for this position.
