Salary Range: $1160.00 - $1367.00 per month

This job has a fun friendly atmosphere although we do take our ability to give customers a great time very seriously!
A list of qualities that we consider a must, are:
*trustworthiness

*customer service skills
* creative problem solving
tasks that will need to be preformed are:
*setting up the escape rooms
*explaining rules to customers
* giving customers hints along the way
*watching customers in rooms to make sure they are following the rules
*if customers do not finish the room within the hour you will go in the room and explain the rest of the puzzles
*making bookings (which you will be given commissions for)
*answering phone calls
*keeping the premises clean
The first 3 months are a trial period and the pay is $10.30/ hour
after 3 months it will be raised to $11/ hour
on top of that pay you will get time and a half after working more than 8 hours a day.
you will also receive commission for sales made as well as tips from customers. (Not every customer tips but it’s not uncommon for our employees to leave with an extra $20-$75 in tips on a busy day)
We believe in keeping a friendly atmosphere and will not stand for gossiping about other employees. We are all a team and believe we should all have mutual respect for each other.
we never require anyone to work holidays but if you would like to work a holiday we will pay double time for that day.
