Job Description:

Hello and thank you for your interest in Native Renewables. We are currently accepting applications for people interested in working with Native Renewables in the future. Please complete the application and upload a resume, if one is available for our records. When we are scheduling a solar workforce training, someone from our team will be in contact with you to give you the details of when and where it will be scheduled and next steps. This application is only to express your interest in joining our mission to empower Native American families to achieve energy independence by growing renewable energy capacity and affordable access to off-grid power.

Details to consider before applying:

  • You are responsible for getting to and from all trainings and work sites. We will do our best to minimize travel for participants. (Personal mileage will be reimbursed)
  • You are expected to follow a code of conduct and treat other participants with respect.
  • Previous technical experience is not required. We will teach you everything you need to know. 
  • Speaking Navajo or Hopi is not required but is beneficial.
  • If you do not already have a OSHA 10 certification, Native Renewables will help you get one. It will be required to be hired.
