Fund Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Warrendale, Pennsylvania

Hybrid location (office/remote)

 

 

Federated Hermes, Inc. a global leader in active, responsible investment management, with $757.6 billion in assets under management is seeking a Fund Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join the Fund Regulatory Reporting team within the Compliance department. In this role, you will perform administrative functions on various frequencies to meet regulatory reporting requirements.


What you can expect:

As a Fund Regulatory Specialist, you will:

  • Administer the process to create and file monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports.
  • Take responsibility for completing and timely filing of a sub-set of Federated Hermes regulatory filings.
  • Contribute to regulatory filing calendar to ensure changes in Federated Hermes products are reflected in the filing process.
  • Approve filings as required.
  • Participate in filing workflows in the filing vendor application system.
  • Develop an understanding of quality control monitor rules.
  • Participate in testing vendor updates to the filing application.
     

What we are looking for:

  • 3 years of business experience required (preferred focus with one or a combination of the following: mutual funds, investment management, fund accounting, or prior SEC filing experience).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline OR equivalent related experience within the field will be considered.
  • Familiarity using a database application system.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
