Local Event Management and Talent Management company(19 years in business)
Tailored mostly to the luxury market.
We are looking for genuinely enthusiastic candidates with previous sales experience preferably in a model agency, goal oriented and bona fide passion for the modeling industry.
As an excretive assistant, you will join a team who provides exceptional care to a diverse group of high-end clients. You will be accountable for providing administrative support, acting as a liaison between our company and our clients, and monitoring the company’s social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development- Identify, prioritize, develop and implement strategies and business plans that will help the company's growth.
- Demonstrate all the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities.
- Developing and maintaining a long-term relationship with our clients through phone calls and emails.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Plan and schedule meetings and conference call.
- Work on behalf of clients to secure talent suited to their needs
- Achieve or exceed set monthly revenue targets.
- Troubleshoot and deal with any issues that may arise before, during and/or after the engagement/activity.
- Complete PowerPoint presentations and business inquiries in a timely manner.
- Constantly source valuable new clients, and build strong relationships.
- Work with other members of the team to achieve common goals.
- Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.
Qualifications:
- Business development experience (5 yrs. minimum)
- Passion for the luxury market and fashion industry
- Marketing and Social Media Experience
- Successful previous sales experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate, present and influence at all levels within an organization
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for talent representation and the agency business
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task while prioritizing work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Marketing and Social Media experience
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Outlook and MS Excel, in particular).
- Bilingual
